This is my homie Jay. We’ve been known to tare up a rug and go questing for the perfect food. Him and I go way back to elementary school days, warrin with seagulls at recess, super nes, and playing cards. He’s one of the few SFX crew vets that have come around to get ink from yours truly. Since he first started getting tattooed by me a year ago, this dude has gotten six (six!) pieces from me, two of which are relics from our old playground days; Psylock and Raphael. Yeah, y’know the ones. Jay’s so dope that he tips me in P.Diddy’s Coconut Vodka. Now that’s some lovely.

This is what happens when you don’t do your homework and/or get tattooed by people who claim to be tattooers but infact actually lack artistic creativity, personal integrity and professionalism. Someone’s (mine, in this case) tattoo gets ripped off, poorly executed (technically), and the receiver has to live with it. As a result, people get embarrassed and pissed, it’s an ugly fucking mess. So lets try and avoid that from now on, okay kiddies?

Big thanks to Tyler Charles for this ORIGINAL & CUSTOM tattoo he did on me in 2008 during a guest spot at Imperial Tattoo. People constantly compliment this piece and it is still definitely one of my favourites. It’s a shame some people would try to take that away from me.

While other people keep doing the bullshit and trying to straight up violate tattooing, who don’t know what it’s really about or care enough to search for it, me and my crew will keep on walking through the darkness carrying our torches to bring you all the realness.
