..All about Pleasure & Pain. I’m finally pleased to lay down for all of you the major movement I was anticipating over the last few weeks, which have been whirl-windish to say the least. I have officially joined the pirate ranks of the Liberty West Village location of Pleasure and Pain Ink and am elated to be tattooing with AJ and Chino. Black n’ grey, all day, baby. Just the way I likes it.

Malcolm Gladwell talked about the Ten Thousand Hour Rule, and I’m determined to smash that shit sooner than the usual amount of time it takes to get there. Which means I’m going for the glory; tattooing til my hands fall off my wrists and my eyes go cross eyed. So as a disclaimer, if you have some work you’d like to get around to laying down, I fully recommend you call into the shop at 647.345.8315 asap. I have a slight feeling that shits going to get majorly poppin, so don’t come crying to me when you can’t get in.

I was definitely saddened to leave YST and all the amazing people I had the opportunity to work with and share my life with. However, as we all know, greatness requires sacrifices as well as constant forward motions. I’ve been blessed to have had help from all the right people and now, everything’s coming together astoundingly. I’ve always lived my life quickfast. So fast, in fact that if it weren’t for my trusty iphone to capture the escapades, the copious amounts of gourmet food thats been ingested and the slices of blissful harmony on earth, I would probably easily forget the best days of my existence. And the most incredible part is that it keeps getting better and better.

The Dudes at PnP are chill as fuck and not to mention they really (really) like to work hard, and play even fucking harder. Come through the shop to peep the vibe and share a little in the experience. Oh, and be sure to bring food and blank patches of your skin, cause we be mad ravenous and insatiable in more than a few ways. The most used phrase in this shop is “I’M STARVING, YO.” Straight goods, what an epic match. Can’t wait to see where we take this muthafucka!!!

Hardwork never goes unrewarded. I allowed myself the opportunity to get out of the concrete jungle for the day and head out under some big sky and open road out alittle west of the Tdot. Fellow tattooer Steve Brown was nice enough to boot me around Cambridge, downtown Kitchener, and even traded bikes with me so I could have a go at his 1979 Maxim Midnight. Here’s a still from a video clip I recorded on my iphone on the 401 from Kitchener back to Cambridge. High speeds hit the spot.
